Have you ever had one of those days, where you just feel like staying in bed, putting the covers over your head and calling it a day, before the day even starts? Well, we’ve all been there. Everyday doesn’t find us being the best cheerleader for ourselves, but we can persevere none-the-less. We can accomplish quite a bit on the days we take a deep breathe, climb out of bed and hold our head high even if we don’t really feel like it. This simple gesture sends a message to the rest of your body (head held high and shoulders back often follows). This posture can shift our attitude into a positive one and result in an infusion of confidence. It’s an exercise worth trying and one that can yield productive results. So try it on for size. Show the world what you’ve got, and be open to the positive results that can follow!
